This past few months, Bybandb has been relatively inactive on all our social media platforms. We understand that this might have raised concerns among customers and we want to take this opportunity to address the reason behind our absence.
First and foremost, we want to assure you that the inactivity was not due to lack of interest or neglect. On the contrary, we have been dealing with some professional challenges that demanded our immediate attention. Major reason is the delay of releasing of our cargo boxes from Thailand that forced us to put all items/collections on hold.
We understand that consistency is key in maintaining a strong online presence, and we apologize for any delays or concern our absence may have caused. However, we also believe in being honest and transparent with our customers, and we hope that you can understand and support us through this challenging time.
Moving forward, we are committed to returning to our social media platforms with renewed energy and enthusiasm. To continue expanding further, Weβll be launching our new pageβ KaΓ‘nyag. We have some new exciting products to release and we can't wait to share them with you all.
