ooopps time out muna tayo sa icing and frosting, simpleng sprinkles lang muna.. π
presenting my steamed chocolate moist cake.. π
ingredients:π
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
(note:kung walang buttermilk, evap milk lagyan mo ng 1/2 tsp white vinegar, set for 5mins, meron ka nang buttermilk)
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup veg oil (any oil will do basta wag used oil π)
1pc egg
1/2 cup hot water
1 stick coffee
1 tsp vanilla
procedure:π
1.) mix all dry ingredients, apf, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, coffee, then. mix well..
2.)add oil, egg, buttermilk, vanilla, mix well to combine then add hot water, mix well and strain..
3.) grease the pan and dust with cocoa powder or put parchment paper,
4.) pour the mixture and tap 2x to remove air bubbles created during mixing.
5.)steam for 40 to 45 mins in a low fire only ,
don't forget to cover the lid with clean cloth.
6.) after 45 mins do the toothpick check, if it is comes out clean then the cake is cooked..
7.) at kapag luto na ang cake patayin na ang apoy wag muna e remove sa steamer rest for another 10 mins para iwas shrink ang ating cake, then hanguin at palamigin pwede na e frosting
