Urgent Hiring! Aircon Technician

Job Description:

-Conduct routine maintenance on air conditioning systems, including cleaning, changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting for wear and tear.
-Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant system problems.
-Use diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions in the system, including electrical faults, coolant leaks, and temperature irregularities.
-Communicate clearly with clients to explain the condition of their air conditioning systems, the required repairs, and costs.
-Follow safety protocols when handling refrigerants and working with electrical systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
-Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
-Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (e.g., high places, tight spaces).

-Provide general administrative assistance to the branch manager and other staff members.
-Handle and organize office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
-Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records for the branch.
-Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, petty cash management, or processing payments.
-Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile statements as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
-Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
-1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
-Proficient in MS office and accounting software.

Job Description:
-Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
-Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
-Coordinate with various teams, client, and contractors to align project goals.
-Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports for client.
-Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the project team.
-Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project objectives and addressing any concerns.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
-Civil Engineering graduate.
-Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer is a plus.
-With at least 1-3 years of related experience.
-Background in quotation, estimates, and billing.
-Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus.
-With background in Project Management.
-With strong supervisory skills & communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-With BOSH/COSH is a plus.
