🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Manage Community Platforms: Oversee and maintain Telegram groups and other social spaces, ensuring they’re vibrant, engaging, and welcoming.
Moderation & Support: Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Engagement & Content: Share updates, facilitate discussions, and organize fun community activities like Q&A sessions, polls, and contests.
Operations & Strategy: Analyze trends, recommend improvements, and assist in planning online events.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in community management, especially on Telegram (MUST HAVE!).
Strong understanding of Telegram’s functions, bots, and moderation tools (MUST HAVE!).
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Creative mindset with a knack for boosting engagement.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
