Customer Service Representative
📍 Onsite – Imus, Cavite

We’re looking for friendly, confident, and camera-ready individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative!

If you're someone who enjoys helping people and doesn’t mind being on camera, this could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you’ll be assisting customers through live video calls, so being comfortable on cam is a must!

👩‍💻 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Talking to customers and helping them with their questions or concerns.
✔️ Provide live customer support
✔️ Keeping things clear, friendly, and professional—especially on cam.
✔️ Logging interactions and making sure everything is recorded properly.
✔️ Working with the team to give customers the best experience possible.

🎥 Heads up: Since this job involves video support, you’ll need to be confident speaking on camera.

✅ What we’re looking for:

Great English communication skills (spoken and written).
A friendly, helpful attitude.
Comfortable using a we**am during work.
Willing to work onsite in Imus, Cavite.
Any past experience in customer service is a big plus!

Are you passionate about building and nurturing online communities? We’re looking for a talented Social Media Community Operator to join our team and manage our client’s Telegram groups and other social platforms.

If you have experience moderating online communities, particularly on Telegram, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect role for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage Community Platforms: Oversee and maintain Telegram groups and other social spaces, ensuring they’re vibrant, engaging, and welcoming.

Moderation & Support: Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

Engagement & Content: Share updates, facilitate discussions, and organize fun community activities like Q&A sessions, polls, and contests.

Operations & Strategy: Analyze trends, recommend improvements, and assist in planning online events.

✅ Requirements:
