PAANO MAG LUTO NG PANCIT MOLO

INGREDIENTS/SANGKAP

Molo
1/4 (Laman) CHICKEN/PORK/BEEF
1 pcs. Bawang
1 pcs. Sibuyas
2 pcs KNORR CUBES HICKEN/PORK/BEEF
1 pcs Carrots Grated/Shredded
2 to 3 Cups Tubig
Paminta (PINO)
Asin (Optional)
Toasted Bawang (Optional)
Dahon ng sibuyas (chopped finely for Toppings/Garnishing)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mag init ng Mantika at maag gisa ng Bawang at Sibuyas sa isang kaldero kapag brown na ang Bawang at Sibuyas isama ang laman ng CHICKEN/PORK/BEEF at Lagyan ng Paminta.( Pagbrown ng Meat lagyan ng tubig).

2. Magpakulo ng katatamang dami ng tubig para sa sabaw . Pagkulo ilagay ang Carrots(Grated/Shredded) at yung Molo. Ilagay sa tubig ang KNORR CUBES CHICKEN/PORK /BEEF AT ASIN (Iadjust ang lasa kung maalat o matabang ).Takpan hayaang kumulo muli ang tubig.

3. Tignan kung lumutang na ang molo kapag lumutang na luto na. Para sa toppings Maglagay ng dahon ng sibuyas at Toasted Bawang (Optional).
