CSU IRIGA CITY ATTENDS THE HISTORIC INAUGURATION OF THE NEW NBI ACADEMY AND REGIONAL OFFICE V

Under the leadership and mandate of Mayor Wilfredo Rex Cuba Oliva - Iriga City, CSU Officer-in-Charge retired PLT Clets Balang Ravago (RET) was officially designated by the City Mayor to represent the City Government of Iriga during the inauguration of the newly established National Bureau of Investigation> Academy and Regional Office V held at Barangay Rawis, Legazpi City.

The event gathered respected members of the law enforcement, intelligence, and investigation community, including some of the finest Bicolano investigators from various agencies, in celebration of this historic milestone for the entire Bicol Region.

The newly inaugurated NBI Academy will now serve as the country’s primary training facility for aspiring NBI agents, further strengthening professionalism, intelligence capability, public safety, and the pursuit of justice nationwide.

The Civil Security Unit of Iriga City extends its congratulations to the National Bureau of Investigation and all officials behind the successful realization of this landmark institution for Bicolandia.

The wallet contains cash, a rosary, and coins, and is believed to belong to a teenager.

Yesterday, May 7, 2026, the Civil Security Unit (CSU) of the Local Government Unit of Iriga stepped off the patrol and onto the court!

As part of our commitment to community engagement, the CSU joined an exciting exhibition game against the Sta. Elena Council for the Sta. Elena Basketball League. While the CSU ultimately secured the win on the scoreboard, the real victory was found in the camaraderie and mutual respect shared between our team and the community.

Highlights of the Night:

Ice Breaker: A great opportunity for our unit to interact with the residents of Sta. Elena in a fun, relaxed environment.

Warm Welcome: We are deeply grateful to the Sta. Elena community for the incredible hospitality and energy they brought to the game.

True Sportsmanship: The highlight of the evening wasn't the final score, but the values of discipline, teamwork, and friendship displayed by both teams.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our OIC Clets Balang Ravago for his unwavering support of the Civil Security Unit. His leadership and encouragement make initiatives like this possible, strengthening the bond between our personnel and the people we serve.

🚨 JOINT OPERATION | CSU IRIGA x PNP IRIGA 🚨

The Civil Security Unit (CSU) of Iriga City conducted a joint roving inspection and checkpoint operation in coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Iriga to ensure public safety and maintain peace and order across the city.

The activity was led by OIC Clets Balang Ravago, together with Deputy Kenneth Nantes and General Inspector Aretlabac Nilknarf, whose leadership continues to strengthen CSU operations on the ground.

This initiative is fully supported by the Local Government Unit under the leadership of City Mayor Hon. Wilfredo Rex C. Oliva, whose commitment to public safety remains a top priority for all Irigueños.

Through active visibility, proper inspection of motorists, and coordinated efforts, CSU Iriga reaffirms its dedication to building a safer, more secure, and disciplined community.

🚨 OCULAR INSPECTION | PUBLIC MARKET AREA 🚨

The Civil Security Unit (CSU) conducted an ocular inspection focusing on vendors along the streets within the vicinity of the Iriga City Public Market. The activity aimed to assess the current situation, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote safety, order, and accessibility in public spaces.

The inspection was led by OIC Clets Balang Ravago, together with Deputy Kenneth Nantes and General Inspector Franklin Cabaltera. The team was joined by Ma’am Fatima, Head of the Public Market, to strengthen coordination and proper implementation of market policies.

This initiative is in line with the directive and vision of City Mayor Hon. Rex C. Oliva, emphasizing discipline, proper order, and support for local vendors while ensuring the safety and convenience of the public.

CSU remains committed to working hand in hand with the Local Government Unit in maintaining a safe, organized, and people-centered community.

SALUDO SA INYONG KATAPATAN! 🫡
Isang malaking pasasalamat sa ating Honest Citizen na nakapulot ng pitaka sa tapat ng Iriga City Grandstand noong April 4. Dahil sa iyong katapatan, naging madali ang lahat.

Salamat din sa ating CSU Inspector na mabilis umaksyon at hindi tumigil hangga't hindi nahanap ang may-ari. Noong April 5, matagumpay na itong naibalik nang buo.

Nakaka-proud kayo! Ganito ang tatak Irigueño—tapat at may malasakit sa kapwa.
