Mga Hinungdan Niini aron ikaw mahibalo!

🔌 Naputol o nadaot ang fiber optic cable
➜ Susiha kung adunay naputol, napislit, o nadaot nga fiber cable. Kung putol gyud, kontaka ang internet provider para ipa-repair.
🔗 Naluag ang fiber cable/connector
➜ Susiha kung sakto ug hugot ang pagkakabit sa cable sa modem/ONT. Ayaw kusgi o pil-a ang fiber cable.
📡 Problema sa modem/router
➜ I-restart ang modem/router: patya, hulata og 30–60 segundos, dayon i-on balik. Hulata nga mo-stable ang mga indicator lights.
🌐 Naay outage o maintenance sa internet provider
➜ Susiha ang announcement sa provider o kontaka ang customer service aron ma-confirm kung naay outage sa inyong area.
⚡ Walay kuryente
➜ Siguraduhang naka-on ug naay power ang modem/router. Kung mobalik ang kuryente, hulata pipila ka minuto aron makabalik ang connection.
✅ IMPORTANTE
Kung naa kay Wi-Fi signal pero walay internet, posible nga okay ang router pero naay problema sa fiber connection o sa internet provider.

1.I-off o i-disconnect ang mga devices nga naggamit sa
WiFi.
2.Tangtanga ang power adapter sa router gikan sa saksakan.
3.Hulata og 30 segundos hangtod 1 minuto.
4.Ibalik ang power adapter sa saksakan.
5.Hulata og 1–2 minutos hangtod stable na ang mga suga sa router.
6.I-connect balik ang imong cellphone, computer, o ubang devices sa WiFi ug sulayi ang internet.
