G10 System Carwash Vision: This facility will be the customer's choice within its market, providing the highest quality of products with the best value and being the most service-oriented business. Another business of his that brought out G10 Carwash was his water purifying refilling station that was built 12 years ago. During the 6 years running Aqueous, Jerome realized that he could also do some
thing with the waste water being produced. The day to day water could also be used in another money making venture. G10 system carwash went through ups and downs while making its way to success. Such obstacles like recruiting reliable service staff and finding a system that worked were just a couple of problems that were encountered during the first years of growth. G10 system Carwash was then too new to play with the big boys so Jerome had to slowly nurture the business a midst the other major businesses he handled daily. Years went by as continued support was given and critical decisions were made. True enough, the G10 system Carwash was able to gain a name in the market and has risen up to the challenge with "Service & Quality Assurance" being the primary goal. Although G10 improved itself on a year to year basis, many problems still arose. Hard work and Hands-on management became the primary focus and need of this kind of service oriented business. In the year 2010 Jerome together with his wife Aivee Genson turned over the business to daughter Bea Genson-Montilla's in-laws Mariano and Harolyn Montilla with husband Leonard Montilla in the hope to re-create G10 system Carwashs' goals and success. Today, managed by Leonard & Bea Montilla the company has garnered 3x more customers than the last 2 years through continued marketing, new promos and of course the air conditioned and more comfortable G10 Lounge complete with free Wi-Fi for clients and a variety of drinks including Barako Coffee and shakes. "We only want the best for our clients, and what could be better than getting the best value with quality assured services?"
