Good news ba to or dagdag challenge for MSMEs? 👀

Real talk...habang mas humihigpit ang digital space, mas nagiging challenging magpa-kilala online lalo na for small businesses na nag-aadjust palang sa digital marketing.

But grateful din sa lahat ng voices ng MSMEs, creators, at business owners na nagsalita to bring more clarity into this DAO issue. 🙌 Big respect as well to the leaders and organizations who assessed the situation fast and responded agad sa public concerns.

PUBLIC ADVISORY:

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) clarifies that it is not pursuing, implementing, or adopting the drafted Department Administrative Order (DAO) concerning a pre-clearance regulatory regime for advertising materials. The DTI assures the public and the business community that this internal draft does not reflect current policy direction and will not be finalized or enforced. We remain a committed partner in economic growth, ensuring consumer protection is balanced with innovation and competitive business environment.
