𝗨𝗦𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗕𝗜 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼

𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗦𝗪𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗛 and 𝗘𝗶𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁, Cohort 2 incubatees of the USMart Technology Business Incubator (TBI), presented their innovative technologies and business solutions to the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator (OPPDC) in Amas, Kidapawan City.

The discussion served as a platform for the startups to showcase the salient features of their technologies and demonstrate their potential to address local challenges and contribute to the development of communities across Cotabato Province. It also explored possible areas for 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁for the pilot testing and further development of their innovations.

The startup technology were evaluated by 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘇, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮, 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗺, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼. Their valuable insights and recommendations provided guidance on strengthening the technologies' readiness for implementation and maximizing their impact on local communities.

This engagement reflects the growing commitment of government agencies, local leaders, and innovation stakeholders to support homegrown startups and foster a vibrant innovation ecosystem in Cotabato Province.

The USMart Technology Business Incubator paid a courtesy visit to Governor Emmylou Lala Taliño-Mendoza together with the winners of the Cotabato Province Startup Week 2026 through the MATCH 2.0 Pitching Competitionand Startup Expo Challenge.

The visit served as an opportunity to showcase the innovative research and startup solutions developed by our local innovators—solutions that aim to address real community needs and create meaningful impact across the province. Through collaboration and support, these young entrepreneurs continue to transform ideas into solutions that empower communities and inspire innovation.

The event highlighted discussions on innovation, technology transfer, research commercialization, and commercial readiness among higher education institutions and industry partners.
