Efficient operations require planning ahead, and the cold chain industry is no different. Trucks must be loaded/unloaded as soon as it arrives in a warehouse. In , we prepare stocks even before the trucks arrive to pick them up. This way, we minimise the time a truck is left idling in our yard, contributing to its optimal utilisation.
