WE ARE HIRING: Solar Project Sales Engineer (Philippines)

Join our growing team in the renewable energy industry and help drive the transition to clean, sustainable power across the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar PV projects (residential, commercial, industrial)
Conduct site visits and assess client requirements
Propose suitable solar energy solutions based on technical and financial analysis
Prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI/payback calculations
Present solutions to clients and close sales deals
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project ex*****on
Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
0–3 years of experience in sales, engineering, or solar industry (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
