JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator is responsible in customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. They handle orders by account executive orders, via telephone, thru their portal, email, and fax; they also have to make sure that they include checking of prices, discounts, and other information including delivery instructions, special request, labels, etc. Sales coordinators act as the first point contact for urgent calls, email and messages when sales agent/Sales Representative/Account Executive/ Sales Officer are not available.
Responsible in processing the purchase order in time and accurately, follows up with customer, update customers regarding the status of their orders.
Responsible for supporting account executive by providing administrative, clerical and customer support, giving them feedback on a weekly basis regarding PO processed for their client and the sales achievement.
Responsible in regular coordination other department regarding orders, new information, any changes, special instructions, and rush order, etc.
