The KiMECo regular members recently conducted a SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP ASSEMBLY MEETING held at the Kiamba Civic Center on December 18, 2014, 1:00pm. The meeting was presided by the coop chairperson, Jane B. Rojas. The main agenda of the said meeting was the Proposed Amendments to the existing Constitution and By-laws and Manual of Operation on Good Governance, After thorough deliberation of the members, motions were raised and being seconded, the proposed amendments were approved.

The New approved name will be immediately submitted to the regulatory agency of the government or to the Cooperative Development Authority for the approval and confirmation of the new coop.name.
