To Our Supportive Community,

We’d like to take a moment to speak directly and sincerely to everyone who has shown interest in or supported our ESL company here in La Carlota.

As a small, locally run business, we don't have large corporate clients or big contracts. We survive—and thrive—on something far more powerful: the trust, support, and referrals from people who have worked in the industry.

Our main goal has never been profit. We started this ESL company to create meaningful job opportunities here in our own small city of La Carlota. In a time when good local jobs can be hard to come by, we are proud to provide employment and purpose to people within our community.

That said, we’ve recently received a feedback or more like an accusation: 100/ hour for the teacher, ₱400/hour for the company.

Because of our size and our mission, we operate with limited resources. That’s why we want to clarify: the idea that we earn ₱400/hour in income is simply not true—it’s an exaggerated figure that doesn’t reflect our reality. Like any small business, we have overhead costs, teacher wages, and day-to-day expenses that we manage carefully to keep our programs running and our staff employed.

We’re not a big business. We’re your neighbors, your teachers, your fellow La Carlotenos. All we ask is understanding and continued support as we work hard to grow responsibly and give back to the community we love.
