UPDATE:
Barbershops and salons should comply health protocols first before allowed to operate starting on June 7 at 30% capacity in areas under general community quarantine (GCQ) and at 50% capacity in areas under modified general community quarantine (MGCQ). But only basic services such as haircut and hairstyle can be offered to customers as of the moment.

The minimum health standards include mandatory wearing of PPE including but not limited to face mask, face shield, eye glasses, gloves, hair caps and closed shoes for employees.

UPDATE:
As of this afternoon, guidelines have been updated allowing dine-in restaurants and food establishments in areas under MGCQ to operate effective June 1, 2020.

Dine-in restaurants and food establishments should comply to the health standards to operate at 50% capacity in areas under modified general community quarantine (MGCQ).

To make BN registration more convenient, applicants may submit applications, pay fees and download their Certificate of BN registration through the BNRS Next Gen. Visit bnrs.dti.gov.ph for more information!

The BNRS Next Gen is a web-based portal that allows end-to-end registration of business name (BN) for sole proprietors. To make BN registration more convenient, applicants may submit applications, pay fees and download their Certificate of BN registration through the BNRS Next Gen.

It also contains publicly available information about DTI-registered BNs that will help both the public and other government agencies check the validity of a particular BN.
