URGENTLY looking for SALES MANAGER !
- RESPONSIBILITIES -
● Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
● Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for team members.
● Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance individual and team performance.
● Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting motivation and professional development
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
● Collaborate with the senior management team to define sales targets, budgets, and sales strategies.
● Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to the management team.
● Identify potential clients, build relationships, and expand the customer base.
● Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
● Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
● Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
● Implement sales strategies and tactics to enhance sales performance and exceed targets.
● Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
● Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
● Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
● Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
● Availability to travel as required.
