✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male or Female
• Preferably with experience in security operations
• At least College Level / Vocational Graduate
• Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, report preparation, and basic monitoring systems)
• With good communication and leadership skills
• Physically fit and mentally alert
• Can work under pressure and shifting schedules
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• With valid security license is an advantage
• With military or law enforcement background is an advantage
📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and monitor security personnel on duty
• Ensure proper implementation of security protocols and post orders
• Conduct guard mounting and dissemination of instructions
• Prepare daily incident and monitoring reports
• Coordinate with management and concerned departments regarding security concerns
• Ensure smooth turnover of duties between shifts
• Respond to emergencies and operational incidents when necessary
