On every shipment, the CSR will distinctly define the current customer demands for our service and how they may profit from working logistically worldwide. In this role, providing top-notch customer service is crucial. This is a work-from-home job opportunity for an AU account (Dayshift)
Who are you?
• Help manage current franchisee accounts.
• Deal with inbound and outbound phone calls from franchisees & clients.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, franchisee and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, franchisee and carriers.
• Solve customer, franchisee and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes for franchisee and set up shipments as required by franchisees.
• Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
• Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

• Qualifications
Education/Experience
• Minimum high school diploma required. Some college preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• Logistics experience preferred but not required.
Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to calculate in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Language Skills:
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following software (a plus but not required):
