A logistics company based in Brisbane, Queensland, is in pooling stage of seeking a a customer service agent who approaches problems with a lot of energy. On every shipment, the CSR will distinctly define the current customer demands for our service and how they may profit from working logistically worldwide. In this role, providing top-notch customer service is crucial. This is a work-from-home job opportunity for an AU account (Dayshift)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Help manage current franchisee accounts.
• Deal with inbound and outbound phone calls from franchisees & clients.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, franchisee and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, franchisee and carriers.
• Solve customer, franchisee and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes for franchisee and set up shipments as required by franchisees.
• Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
• Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
Job Requirements:
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Accurate and able to produce quality work
• Dependability

• Ability to work in teams and open to others’ views

• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• Logistics experience preferred but not required.
• 1 year VA experience is required.
Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to be trained on how to calculate in all units of measure.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Language Skills:
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following software (a plus but not required):
• XMS
• non-core carrier websites

Process Analyst R2R (Record to Report) for Fresenius Medical Care

This role will be responsible for assisting with the successful adoption of Fresenius Medical Care standard R2R processes by the relevant Finance teams.

As a member of the deployment team, ensure that local and shared service center teams adopt the standard template R2R processes, the key responsibilities are as follows:

- Gain a detailed understanding of the end to end process, and how this is technically supported
- Protect the integrity of the template processes during interactions with local teams and support.
- Process Lead to collect, evaluate and track all requirements/deviations
-Support Process Lead to ensure local team’s questions, issues, risks, design decisions are documented, actioned and managed through to completion
- Provide regional support for key deployment activities within process area (supported by Core team), including but not limited to training, testing, migration and hyper care
- Support the data migration process through performing data validation checks
- Work closely with local teams to ensure they adopt the template processes; identifying key changes required, defining action plans to address the change and ensuring actions are taken
- Assist Process Lead to manage risks and issues within the process area
- Work closely with Process Lead and with Deployment Leads to ensure project activities are on track and delivered to plan and budget.

Qualifications:

- Good technical knowledge of SAP FICO modules
- Good R2R process knowledge
- Able to work through the detail whilst appreciating the bigger picture.
Pro-active, self-starter able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to apply knowledge and experience to solve problems.
- Able to build effective working relationships through doing the right thing.
- Excellent English skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilience to drive projects through to completion under pressure.
- Highly organized.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Other Asian languages are desirable, but not necessary.
