JOB ROLES
1. Answering phones calls and taking messages
2. Managing scheduling and appointments
3. Managing mail/fax communications
4. Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
5. Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
6. Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
7. Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
8. Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
9. Negotiating with vendors
10. Order necessary office supplies
11. Managing stock rooms
12. Managing videoconferencing, fax communications and office equipment
13. Reviewing incoming documents
14. Conducting research
15. Training and/or supervising clerical workers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Holds a valid bachelor’s degree;
2. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years working experience in the same field;
3. Must be well-versed in both Filipino and English languages as modes of communication;
4. Have good communication and written skills;
5. Expert in writing formal letters and emails;
6. Well versed in operating office equipment and computers
7. Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel;
8. Driving is an advantage.
