We, in Andojar Packaging Supplies, are in need of Customer Sales Representative, Accounting Staff, and Operations Assistant
Customer Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
• Sell products to both existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain and foster strong business relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with their orders, concerns, and other purchase-related inquiries via phone, chat, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Submit daily productivity and weekly sales reports.
• Gather relevant data on customer needs, market conditions, competitive activities, and other pertinent information to support business objectives.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with business operations.
Requirements:
• At least a high school or senior high school diploma.
• Preferably residing in Las Piñas.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Accounting Staff
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee/employer contributions.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including tax and licenses documents.
• Maintain and update financial records, such as monthly reports and general ledgers.
• Handle quarterly payments and related activities.
• Process invoices through Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Perform other relevant administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Staff Accountant or relevant accounting position.
• Preferably residing in Las Piñas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good math and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Operations Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as second-in-command to the owner/manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
• Assist with managing daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes.
• Provide timely answers and support to staff inquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Oversee inventory management and order office supplies as needed.
• Analyze operations and provide suggestions for improvement to the owner/manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by business operations in line with this role.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Senior High School graduates will also be considered.
• Preferably residing in Las Piñas.
• Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
