JOB POSITION: CADET STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (2 FULL-TIME POSITION[S] AVAILABLE)
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Undergo intensive training for the Junior Structural Engineering position
• Will be trained in the following areas:
Accepted industry practice for the design of foundations, slabs, columns, beams and other structural members
Design software operation and proficiency
Building Codes (local and British)
CAD preparation
Cost Estimate
Value Engineering
Preparation of Technical Analysis and Calculations
Preparation of Building/Structural Specification
Client meeting and Coordination
REQUIREMENTS:
• Civil Engineering Board Passer is a MUST.
• Preferably male and excellent in basic principles of structural design; Must belong to top 100 of his class or graduated from top engineering schools in the Philippines
• Excellence with speed in the operation of CAD, STAADV8i/ETABS, software
• Willing to embrace the firm’s culture of excellence, diligence and commitment in the design and ex*****on of project
• Willing to grow with the company.
• Must NOT falter under pressure to meet deadlines
• Willing to be trained and can render overtime.
• High-level of work ethics and trustworthiness.
• High proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Candidates must possess organizational and time management skills and demonstrate high level of professionalism.

• Official Transcript of Records
• Latest NBI Clearance
