BERUFSAKADEMIE - In partnership with IUCE
Provide technical assistance to Universities/Colleges to develop their curriculum in compliance to industry requirements within the BERUFSAKADEMIE model. Provide capacity building to teachers in the delivery of the course modules. Support and monitor delivery of the training at partner schools. Develop and implement strategies for strengthening collaborative partnership networks between school, employers and local government counterpart with respect to work based learnings formation. Identify and prepare employers for the work based learning components of the program. Assist & monitor the progress with employers on their implementation of the work based learning component of the program.
