JOB OPPORTUNITY: Solar Technician & Hybrid System Installer

About the Project:
We are currently seeking reliable, hands-on Solar Technicians and Installers to join our deployment team for a major government hybrid solar pilot project. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale system. Because this project is located within a classified government facility, strict adherence to security and safety protocols is a top priority.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
System Installation: Safely mount solar panels, install racking systems, and run necessary DC/AC wiring and conduit.
Inverter Configuration: Set up, program, and test hybrid inverter systems. You will be working hands-on with top brands like Deye, SRNE, and SMA.
Battery Integration: Properly install Lithium battery banks and configure the Battery Management Systems (BMS) for optimal charging and discharging cycles.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, identify any wiring or configuration faults, and resolve issues prior to final commissioning.
Site Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and strictly follow all security guidelines required by the government facility.
What We Are Looking For (Simple Qualifications):
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience installing solar panels and electrical wiring.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with configuring hybrid inverters and setting up lithium battery/BMS systems is highly preferred.
Background Check: Must have a perfectly clean background record (valid NBI Clearance required) and be eligible for security clearance at a classified government site.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors, lift heavy equipment (like solar panels and batteries), and work comfortably at heights or on rooftops.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, highly disciplined, and able to work well within a team under strict project deadlines.
