Teresita Santillan, which means“ A united advocacy for Solar Energy ” is a non-stock, non-profit organization that was formed to bring solar power technology to people who have very limited access to the regular sources of electricity
so that people residing in these areas could have power and lights in their homes especially at night. Recognizing the fact that light plays a very important role in addressing issues in Youth Education, Family Health, and Household Income, the company is focused but not limited to innovating means and ways to provide solar powered lighting system to far-flung communities. For more than 8 years of committed service to various isolated communities and sectors, and along with other NGOs and Government sector, MASA Inc. had already reached numerous “off-grid” communities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao successfully distributing and installing lighting units and systems in households, streets, community centers, as well as providing trainings and workshops in operation and maintenance of solar devices. continues to reach out to communities that still live in darkness by exploring, immersing, and communicating with them.
