Teresita Santillan, which means“ A united advocacy for Solar Energy ” is a non-stock, non-profit organization that was formed to bring solar power technology to people who have very limited access to the regular sources of electricity

so that people residing in these areas could have power and lights in their homes especially at night. Recognizing the fact that light plays a very important role in addressing issues in Youth Education, Family Health, and Household Income, the company is focused but not limited to innovating means and ways to provide solar powered lighting system to far-flung communities. For more than 8 years of committed service to various isolated communities and sectors, and along with other NGOs and Government sector, MASA Inc. had already reached numerous “off-grid” communities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao successfully distributing and installing lighting units and systems in households, streets, community centers, as well as providing trainings and workshops in operation and maintenance of solar devices. continues to reach out to communities that still live in darkness by exploring, immersing, and communicating with them. Mission:
The MASA Inc is committed to lighting up, energizing, and empowering communities that are situated in isolated parts of the country by providing them social and environmental awareness and services through its programs that provide access to sustainable sources of energy applicable to remote operation such as solar power systems that are environmentally benign, convenient to use, install, operate, and maintain. Vision:
The MASA Inc. looks forward to seeing the Philippines rise up in terms of economy and well-being along with other nations that promote sustainable sources of energy as their tools in achieving a strong economy, a happy society, and well-managed natural resources. We dream of a modern and responsible way of living in communities that are productive, supportive of one another, and empowered by non-destructive technology.

MASA Inc is a non profit organization that helps lights up IP homes living in the remotest part of the country and has no access with electricity. It had already helped more than thousands of IP kids and households with their Bunsol Native Solar Lamps. These lamps were handcrafted by Dumagat Remontado Tribe of Sitio Magata, Tanay Rizal using indigenous materials found in the mountains of Tanay and Gen. Nakar.

Please help us light up more IP homes who had been living without electricity and are not accessed by local electric provider due to their geographic location. Contact MASA Inc at 09154644338 or send us an email at [email protected] for more information on how you could help.
