SERVICE ADVISORY
Subject: Main Provider Outage Due to Fire Incident

Good day valued clients,

We would like to inform everyone that a fire incident occurred in Brgy. Sabang Uno, Allen, Northern Samar, which caused damage to several main fiber lines in the area. One of our local main providers (Globe) was unfortunately affected by this incident, resulting in multiple affected connections.

However, there is no need to worry. Our international backup provider is currently active to maintain internet connectivity and minimize service disruption.

To ensure network stability and prevent congestion, we will temporarily implement speed limitation / downgrade across the network. This is a preventive safety measure to ensure that all users will still have stable and continuous internet access during this time.

Please be advised:

⚠️ Temporary speed downgrade will be implemented
🌐 Internet connection will remain available via backup provider
🔧 Normal speeds will automatically resume once mainlines are restored
📍 Incident Location: Brgy. Sabang Uno, Allen, Northern Samar

Rest assured that our providers are currently working on restoring the damaged mainlines. Internet services will return to normal once repairs are completed.
