Job Title: Acquisitions Manager Virtual Assistant WFH

Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound cold calls.
- Taking inbound lead calls.
- Following up on leads and potential deals to ensure timely progress.
- Keeping track of important dates, deadlines, and milestones in the acquisition process.
- Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections
- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments.
- Negotiate with sellers on the purchase of their property.
- Qualify prospects in a professional and timely manner.
- Assess comps, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends.
- Enter all relevant notes into the company CRM daily.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
- Provide reports of all activity on a daily basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a Real Estate Acquisitions or Sales Role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Conversational English with no accent
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a must

- RAM 16.0 GB installed memory
- Processor Speed 3.0 Ghz
- CPU Cores 4

Internet Speed Requirement
- minimum of 50 to 100 Mbps download speeds
- at least 10 Mbps upload speeds
