Please be advised that a fiber cut was detected at around 6:00 AM on May 26, 2026, due to a fiber cable burn incident along Marquez Street, Albay District, Legazpi City, affecting the internet and cable TV services in portions of Legazpi City.

NETWORK ADVISORY- 22May2026

Please be advised that a possible fiber cut was detected at around 7:20 PM affecting the internet and cabletv services portions of Daraga, Camalig, Ligao, Oas and Polangui.

Our technical team is currently conducting investigation and troubleshooting to identify the exact location and extent of the issue. Some subscribers may experience intermittent connectivity or service interruption while restoration activities are ongoing.

February 25, 2026, We identified a network issue in Sorsogon due to a damaged utility pole, which resulted in a fiber cut.

Restoration activities are currently ongoing. Service will resume as soon as the repair work is completed.

Affected Areas: Sorsogon

28 December 2025, 17:50H

The Sorsogon Backbone link experienced a total outage after both the main and protection paths were affected by separate network incidents.

As a result, subscribers in the following areas are currently affected:
Sorsogon City, Cumadcad, Gubat, Casiguran, Juban Sorsogon.

Restoration activities are ongoing, and services will resume as soon as repairs are completed.

[1450 hrs 07-05-2025] A fiber cut has been identified as the cause of a network issue affecting the Ligao and Guinobatan Albay, leading to an outage for Digital Cable TV and Internet services. The problem was identified at 2:40 PM PST on Sat, July 5, 2025.

A technical team is currently on-site and working diligently to restore services. Subscribers in the impacted areas are advised that services will resume as soon as repairs are completed.

July 3, 2025 – Subscribers in the Barangays of Buyuan, Matanag, Bogna, Legazpi City are currently experiencing an outage of Digital Cable TV and Internet services.

The disruption, identified at 9:30 AM today, Thursday, July 3, 2025, has been confirmed to be caused by a fiber optic cable cut.

A technical team has been immediately dispatched and is now on-site, working diligently to repair the damaged fiber and restore services as quickly as possible.

Affected subscribers are advised that services will resume automatically once the necessary repairs are completed.
