Things may not have gone your way in the past nine months, but that shouldn't worry you so much. God has new great opportunities lined up in front of you in this new month of October. Expect to see His goodness in a new way, be prepared to receive miracles, to give testimonies and to achieve all your dreams. All you have to do is to be prayerful, hopeful and positive about your life. God will make a way for you if you will put your trust in him.☝😇👍

Quiet people in your company or business organizations are not necessary shy or weak. They may simply be thoughtful and very detailed while the loud and the flamboyant people may not be necessarily strong and skilful, some times the louder ones are hiding their insecurities. As a leader you and I need to discern which is which. And deal with each kind accordingly. 🙏
