If a customer suspects a leak after purchase, please follow these documentation steps strictly. Filled cylinders cannot be accepted for replacement without this documentation.
1. Document the Leak: Apply a soap solution to the valves. Take a video showing bubbles forming at the leak point.
2. Verify the Weight: Take a photo or video of the cylinder being weighed on a scale.
3. Submit the Report: Send the video, weight photo, and the customer’s contact details (Name & Number) to:
o Messenger: "Solane LPG Albay - Von Han Marketing"
What Happens Next?
Your distributor will forward this data to the Solane Technical Team. They will review the evidence to determine if the cylinder is eligible for a formal replacement.
