It has not been easy for us to share this, as we have been trying to quietly rebuild and recover. However, we feel it is necessary to clarify this matter to avoid any further confusion.
We are NOT in any way connected to the page or business currently operating under the name “Solariva Expert Solution” and using our previous logo and branding.
Solariva was originally established as a solar installation company not a distributor of solar components. We ceased operations in 2024 due to internal and financial challenges, and since then, we have not resumed any business activities.
Running a business is never easy. Along the way, there are challenges, difficult decisions, and mistakes that come with it. We take full responsibility for our journey, and we continue to learn and grow from everything that has happened. Despite the setbacks, we are doing our best to move forward, recover, and rebuild step by step so that we can get back to those we still owe and settle matters amicably, should the opportunity allow.
We acknowledge that our journey did not end as planned, and we are currently working through remaining obligations and matters related to the business. We are committed to addressing these in due time.
As we move forward, we are focusing on rebuilding both personally and professionally while also protecting the peace, safety and privacy of our families. We kindly ask for your understanding.
