Make sure your sales representatives are prepared to answer any questions from customers, but first check to see if you can respond to the following:

A buyer's journey is a person's journey from being in your target audience to being aware, considering, and making a decision. A sales funnel, like all journeys, must conclude with a final conversion.

However, your target audience must first be moved from one stage to another to achieve that final conversion. Therefore, let's examine the means and goals of conversion for each stage of the buyer's journey.

The first stage of the customer journey is called the awareness stage, and it occurs when a person learns about your business, product, or service. The customer attempts to identify their pain points and becomes aware of their issues at this point.

The person is not yet loyal to your brand, so it is easy to scare off your potential client if you are pushy. The better your content is, the fewer sales and promotions it needs.
