Teletech Lipa is urgently hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist (full time position) 😇
EXTERNAL CANDIDATES

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably in Human Resources and/or Psychology.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills including proper grammar and perfect spelling.

• Previous experience or exposure to the call center/BPO industry recruitment process is an advantage!

• Some exposure to applicant tracking systems would be helpful, but is not essential.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Professional but friendly telephone manner.

• A strong interest in developing a career in HR or Recruitment.

• The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.

• Flexibility to work beyond standard day shift hours.

• Temporary on work from home setup due to pandemic.
