We are the pioneer mobile bar service provider in the Philippines. I worked for more than 12 years at the Paninsula starting as barboy in 1978 and rose to the ranks to become its Asst. It is around these times I started offering my personal bar service to clients in Forbes park and other villages around Makati requiring a bartender for their private parties. I later joined Shang-rila EDSA as its f

irst Beverage Manager in 1994. I have since worked as GM of Strumm'sand many other until I put up my consultancy business and also to concentrate in this mobile bar service as the demand for my services grew, also invested on more glassware and tools. This service provided mixology and operations to most Absolut Vodka variants launch in the Philippines, Campari, Chivas Regal, and the launching of Russian Standard Vodka in the Philippines. We handled high volume bar services in these events. Our corporate clients includes Beverly Hills 6750, Kamiseta, Rustan's, Globe and Smart telecommunications, Todate our services are known in Manila's social circuit, doing service with fresh made cocktails served in martini glasses or proper glasses.We rarely do shots bar, those inexpensive bars common today in the Philippines. Muddlers. A bar essential for crushing herbs like mint and fruits in a drink, an action called muddling. My 2 fave muddlers, one an 18 year old wooden muddler made in Dos Palmas Palawan, cut from the branch of a dried tree fround floating in the sea. I cut, cleaned and carved it using my swiss knife and it worked very well. I used it in making so many mojitos and tinola martinis and later designed it with tats reflecting Palawans icons. Many asked to have it or simply buy it but i refused, its not just a tool but a cherised memento for me and the many friendships it brokered. I have retired it when cracks have shown on its head. The other is a longer stainless steel. It functions well but dont have the character if "Dos". Cheers y'all, heres a Strawberry Mojito made with this muddler!
