Hindi na kailangan maglason kung ang gagamiting pintura ay may mataas na alkali-resistance (hal. BOYSEN Acrytex Primer).

May mga produkto rin na ginagamit sa kongkreto na hindi na kailangang lagyan pa ng lason. Ang ilan sa mga produktong ito ay BOYSEN Plexibond at Konstrukt Permaplast K-201 High Performance Acrylic Skimcoat.

Maliban dito, kung ang kongkretong pader ay napatuyo na ng mahigit isang buwan, pwede na rin itong hindi lasunin at direkta nang gamitin ang mga pinturang pang kongkreto.

Bago magpintura, siguraduhin lamang na malinisan ng mabuti ang pader at natanggal lahat ng dumi para hindi makaapekto sa kapit ng gagamiting pintura.
