📢 IMPORTANT PRICE UPDATE — JIKOLONDRI LAUNDRY SERVICES 🧺💙

Dear valued customers,

We would like to inform everyone that, due to unforeseen circumstances and increasing operating expenses, we will be adjusting our laundry rates.

When we recently decreased our price from ₱28/kg to ₱25/kg, our goal was to make our service more affordable and accessible to everyone. However, after reviewing our actual operating costs, we realized that the reduced rate has unfortunately not been sustainable for the business.

Instead of generating enough profit to cover our expenses, the recent price decrease has resulted in losses for our business. We have tried our best to maintain the lower rate, but in order for Jikolondri to continue providing reliable pick-up, delivery, washing, drying, and folding services, we need to make this necessary adjustment.

Starting today the rate for General Clothing will be:

🔹 General Clothing – ₱27/kg
• Minimum 5kg
• Below 5kg will be charged as 5kg → ₱135

We sincerely apologize for having to increase our prices again, especially after recently announcing a price decrease. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. ❤️

This adjustment is necessary to help us keep the business running and continue serving you with the same dedication and quality.

⏳ 1–3 days

💵 Payment Info:
Payment is strictly before delivery.
✅ Cash or online payment accepted
📱 GCash preferred if laundry is left at the lobby/unattended.

🧺 NEW LAUNDRY RATES (Effective Immediately)

🔹 General Clothings – ₱25 per kilo

- Minimum 5kg
- Below 5kg will be charged as 5kg (₱125)

🔹 Bedcovers / Sheets / Thin Blankets / Towels – ₱35 per kilo

- Minimum 3kg
- If only 1–3 pieces, they may be included under the General Clothing rate when washed together.

🔹 Thick Blankets / Comforters – ₱130–₱210 per piece

- Price depends on thickness.

🔹 Plushies / Stuffed Toys / Pillows – ₱70–₱130 per piece

This year has truly been one of the toughest for us at Jikolondri.

From relocating to a new location, facing personal struggles, dealing with employee pilferage (solved), and constantly rising operational costs - it hasn’t been easy. There were moments that tested not just our business, but our patience, strength, and faith.

We also sincerely apologize for the delivery delays some of you have experienced. With employee absenteeism, operations haven’t always gone as smoothly as we want them to. If only Kuya Jiko had the energy to do everything on his own, he absolutely would - but I'm only human too, facing challenges just like anyone else.

Despite all these, one thing remains unchanged - our commitment to serve. Even when profits are little, or sometimes even at a loss, we continue to extend help and even provide free services to those who truly need it. Because for us, this has always been more than just a business.

This journey hasn’t been perfect, but we are still here. Still standing. Still serving.

And we are not quitting.

ADVISORY NOTICE

Please be informed that delivery schedules may take longer than usual. Turnaround time will be adjusted from 1-2 days to 2-3 days on weekdays, from 2-3 days to 3-4days on weekends.

This change is due to our temporary shift from gas dryers to sun drying, following the recent surge in gas prices.

📢 PRICE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, which has affected fuel prices and overall operational costs, we will be implementing a ₱1 increase per kilo on our laundry services. New rates will be implemented tomorrow March 30, 2026.

Updated Rates:
👕 General Clothings – ₱27 per kilo (minimum of 5kg)
🛏️ Beddings/Towels – ₱37 per kilo (minimum of 5kg)
🧸 Plushies/Stuffed Toys – ₱70–₱130 per piece (depending on size)
🛌 Thick Blankets/Comforters – ₱130–₱210 per piece (depending on size/thickness)

We’ve kept the increase as minimal as possible to continue providing you with quality service while managing rising costs.
