📢 Hiring: Short-Term Rental Reservation VAs (2 Positions)

We’re looking for two (2) Short-Term Rental Reservation Virtual Assistants to support a European client. If you have strong STR experience and enjoy guest communication, this could be a great fit.

🕒 Schedule:
• Weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday), 8 hours per day
• One shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)
• One shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Manila Time)
• Potential for additional 4-hour weekday shifts after the initial weeks, depending on performance

💰 Rate:
• Starting at 3.5 EUR/hour per VA

📌 Responsibilities:
• Manage reservations across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct booking websites
• Handle guest communication before, during, and after stays in a timely and friendly manner
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage scheduling, documentation, monitoring, and updates
• Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports

✅ Qualifications:
• Experience using Guesty PMS
• Background in short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management
• Strong familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and task-driven
• Open-minded and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

📚 Training:
• Initial training will be conducted by the Reservations Team Leader
• You’ll be endorsed to the live environment after training
• You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team (currently 3 members)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Listing Manager to support short-term rental operations. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for a flexible side gig and have experience managing STR listings.

💼 Role: Listing Manager
💰 Rate: Starting at EUR 5 per hour
⏳ Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (typically 10+ hours per week depending on incoming properties)
🌍 Timezone: Central Europe Time (CET)

🔧 Responsibilities:
- Create and publish short-term rental listings across different OTAs
- Optimize listings for visibility, accuracy, and performance
- Coordinate listing details, photos, and descriptions
- Ensure consistency and quality across all platforms

✅ Requirements:
- Experience in short-term rental property management
- Proven experience creating and optimizing STR listings

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our client’s vacation rental homes in Spain.

This role is vital in ensuring properties are consistently well maintained, issues are addressed promptly, and property owners receive dependable, high-quality service.

Position Details:
• Full-time role
• Working hours: Central European Time (CET) business hours
• Compensation: €6–€8 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair requests across multiple properties
• Communicate with technicians, vendors, suppliers, and cleaning teams to ensure timely completion of work
• Respond promptly to maintenance concerns raised by guests or property owners
• Prioritize urgent repairs to minimize disruption to guest stays
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, completed jobs, and associated costs
• Assist with preventative maintenance planning and routine property inspections
• Provide regular updates to the operations team and property owners

Requirements:
• Native or fluent Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Offer Details:
- Starting Rate: $5.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time (4 hours/day, 5 days a week)

Who You Are:
