Bao Slsu Main Campus po ay bukas mula lunes hanggang biyernes ika-8 ng umaga hanggang 5 ng hapon lamang, wala pong opisina ng sabado at linggo.

Iba pang impormasyon:
1. Ang sticker valid id SY 1st sem 2021-2022 po ay hindi nakukuha o nabibili sa Bao Slsu Main Campus, maaari po kayong magtanong sa ating registrar office patungkol dito.
2. Magkaiba po ang hologram sticker sa sticker valid id.
3. Ang mga hindi pa po nakakakuha ng student Id SY 2020-2021 ay maaari na pong kuhain sa Bao Slsu Main Campus.
4. Hindi rin po nag iissue ng non issuance of ID ang ating oposina sapagkat nagrerelease po tayo ng ID naka post man o hindi ang pangalan.

Para po sa lahat ng incoming freshmen students SY 2021-2022,

Nais po naming iparating sa inyo na hindi pa po nag-iissue ng Student Id ang BAO sapagkat kayo po ay sa confirmation pa lamang natatapos at hindi pa po sa enrolment.

Proseso ng pagkuha ng ID sa Bao Slsu Main Campus
1. Ipresenta ang Original at Photocopy ng Registration form Enrolled SY 2021-2022
2. Icheck ang datos batay sa inyong ID application form
3. Kuhain ang ID
4. Maaari rin po kayong makaavail ng SLSU Id Lace and case sa aming opisina sa halagang P 100.00.

EXTENDED DEADLINE OF CLAIMING:
JULY 15, 2021 (THURSDAY)
7:00AM – 6:00PM MONDAY TO THURSDAY ONLY
