Knowledge Shared, Expectations Exceeded!

Helix Resources and Development Corporation (HRDC) - Lugait Site recently had the pleasure of hosting student leaders, faculty, and staff from Lugait Senior High School, Lugait National High School, and Talacogon Integrated School for an interactive learning experience focused on our responsible mining practices. The program included engaging discussions, informative presentations, and an insightful tour of our active quarry and successfully rehabilitated mined-out areas.

We are incredibly proud that their visit confirmed HRDC's strong commitment to responsible mining and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Building a culture of safety requires collaboration and proactive measures.

Helix Resources and Development Corporation (HRDC)- Lugait Site, through its Annual Safety and Health Program (ASHP), recently collaborated with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Iligan City - Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Group (EOD/K9) to deliver a crucial Bomb Threat Awareness and Drill. This exercise empowered our Emergency, Preparedness and Response (EPR) Team with the knowledge and practical skills needed to handle potential bomb threats effectively, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

We are truly grateful to the PNP Iligan City for their expertise and dedication in making this training a success.
