📢 SERVICE NOTICE: FRAZO INTERNET INSTALLATION & VENDO SERVICES
To our valued customers in Lupon, Banaybanay, and San Isidro:

Due to the DORECO scheduled power outage this Sunday (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), our operations will be temporarily suspended.

Why we are closed:
Since our services require a stable power supply for monitoring, account activation, and technical troubleshooting, we will be unable to perform the following during the outage:

• 🛠️ New Installations: We cannot activate or test signals without electricity.
• 💻 Technical Troubleshooting: Remote and onsite monitoring tools will be offline.
• 🪙 Vendo Collections & Maintenance: Vendo units will be powered down for safety.

RESUMPTION OF SERVICES:
We will be back to full operations on Monday, February 2, 2026. All pending installation requests and Vendo collections will be prioritized on Monday morning.

We appreciate your patience! Please remember to unplug your routers and Vendo machines to protect them from power surges when the electricity returns.

Please be informed that the Manikling Relay Center experienced a critical system failure at 3:00 AM today, resulting in a total loss of internet service for several areas.

Affected Areas:
• Cuabo & Belayong
• Manikling & San Roque
• Magsaysay & San Jose
• Dugmanon & Iba

Our technical team is currently on-site and treating this restoration as our highest priority. We are working aggressively to resolve the issue and restore your connection as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for this disruption and will provide further updates as the repair progresses.

This necessary closure is due to the scheduled power interruption announced by DORECO (Davao Oriental Electric Cooperative, Inc.), which is facilitating maintenance work by NGCP (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines).
• Closed: Sunday, December 7 (All Day)
• Reason: DORECO/NGCP Scheduled Power Outage
• Resume Normal Office Operations: Monday, December 8

Please Note: While the office is closed, our technical team will monitor the service, and we aim to be fully operational online once power is restored.
