📣 ADVISORY TO ALL CLIENTS AND PARTNERS

Subject: Suspension of Network Repairs and Maintenance from May 5 to 14, 2025

In compliance with NTC Memorandum Order No. 003-04-2025, and pursuant to Republic Act No. 8436 as amended by RA No. 9369, we would like to inform all our clients and partners that all scheduled network repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities will be suspended from May 5 (Monday) to May 14 (Wednesday), 2025, in line with the national and local elections on May 12, 2025.

This temporary suspension is mandated to ensure the uninterrupted transmission of election results through the Automated Election System (AES) and to support the critical role of telecommunications infrastructure during this national activity.

Rest assured, our team remains fully committed to ensuring uninterrupted telecommunications services and will have a dedicated team on standby 24/7 during the affected period.
