Finished our shift just now. In case we weren't able to cater or replied to your orders, reason for it is we received a huge amount of orders today from multiple resellers, partner establishments and home consumers as well. This was because of the 2 days closure due to the Holy Week observance. Thus, it was queue after queue. Since our driver is fairly new, there was a delay in pickup and delivery due to logistics issues. We did our best to cater to everyone but our staff were exhausted as well. We even lend a hand just to finish everything. We'll review all the texts and inquiries and we'll try to OPEN our water station tomorrow, SUNDAY, to cater to those who weren't served today. Please expect a call/text from us if you are one of them. We appreciate everyone's support. Apologies to those affected by this issue and for the inconvenience. We'll make it up to you on your next order.

Apologies to those who weren't catered today for their water needs as the surge of orders went crazy today due to the upcoming holiday off. Another reason is our previous driver, Jayson, just had his last day of work yesterday, March 31, 2026.

We may have a temporary driver(Mr. Albert) for now who is still under observation but he still doesn't know everyone's location and other workaround since he is just new and that is the main reason behind the delay of order pickup/delivery and unanswered inquiries/orders as we really don't want to promise service since the new driver is still adjusting for now in terms of delivery and logistics. Those reasons made an unexpected impact with our delivery service today eventhough we tried our best to cater to everyone's order in the best of our abilities and power.

We also have problems with the phone we have since texts are being received in a delayed manner. This caused a domino effect that lead to what happened earlier.

Apologies for this inconvenience. We all know that water is essential especially this summer season and during this lent(holiday). It was all wrong timing due to the resignation of our main driver during peak season. We'll try our best to make up to you in the upcoming days. We'll try to resolve our shortcomings in the best possible way we can. We'll try to reach out to those who weren't catered today in the next coming days ahead. So please expect a call from us. What a great way to start the week right by following our maintenance procedure here at Millennials Water Reflling Station on a Palm Sunday. It's backwashing and flushing time once again here at the water station. Our FRP tanks and filtration system is getting refreshed once again right before a new work week begins. While doing this procedure, instead of wasting the water we use to backwash and flush out our station, we use it for carwash and we also use it to water the plants in our garden area and our neighbors garden as well. We also use it to clean the road and pavement infront of the water station to keep our surroundings clean and weell maintained. Hitting two birds with one stone, ain't it? By doing so, we help ourselves with thebwater bill and most importantly we help mother nature as well.

Here at Millennials Water Refilling Station, we always make sure to check our source tanks, FRPs and change filters regularly to ensure the quality of water products we provide to our resellers, partner establishments and home consumers. 03•27•2026 Friday shift is more fun as we reached our 6th consecutive quota day. The summer heat is definitely on as our clients keeps ordering their mineral and alkaline water refill almost everyday. Wishing this quota season never ends but one things for sure we wish to end is the rising of the gasoline price due to the conflict in Iran. We are still trying our best not to increase prices but we may do so if the gasoline price increase won't end.
