Instructions:

1. Make sure the water temperature is warm so that your skin is softened and ready to be exfoliated. The warm water opens your pores and allows them to release excess dirt and dead skin cells.
2. Cleanse your skin with the glass skin soap included in the box.
2. Apply the glutaberry scrub by gently scrubbing it in your skin. Leave it for 5 mins.
3. Rinse the scrub off your skin and tap dry with a soft towel.
4. Apply Glutaberry lotion to help moisturize your skin.

You can use this scrub while taking a bath or even when having a sponge bath.
