📢 Pinoy Data Capture, Inc. is looking for a Medical Billing Administrative Assistant to join our team!
📍 Location: Centuria Medical Makati
💰 Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 (Depending on Experience)
🌙 Plus 10% Night Differential

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process and review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs
✔ Post insurance payments, adjustments, and write-offs accurately
✔ Handle denied claims and insurance follow-ups
✔ Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
✔ Obtain prior authorizations for procedures and specialist visits
✔ Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment plans
✔ Manage appointment scheduling and front-desk operations
✔ Maintain accurate EMR/EHR records
🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree (Medical-related courses are an advantage)
✔ At least 1 year of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or revenue cycle management
✔ Experience with EMR/EHR and billing platforms
✔ Knowledge of EOB processing, ICD-10, and CPT coding
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient data privacy
