Last April, our leadership and quality assurance (QA) teams gathered at the head office for a QA Strategic Planning Session. This meeting is an important checkpoint when we review and assess our Quality and Environmental Objectives. Our teams identified key risks and opportunities across each business unit and reviewed previous audit findings to confirm that corrective actions have been effectively implemented and sustained.
