Available positions:
โข Accounting Clerk
- Reconciliation of book and bank balances.
- Coordination with concerned departments/teams to clear pending reconciling items.
- Prepare monthly adjustments for reconciling items.
- Assisting the accountant with any other reports needed.
โข Customer Care Clerk
- Handles calls and assists client well on their first contact.
- Able to coordinate with other departments and provide an immediate solution to the client's concern.
- Able to construct and send emails to the client after the call if needed.
โข Documentation Clerk
- Receiving documents.
- Scanning, Indexing & Filing of documents.
- Pull out of documents.
- Updating of monitoring/ basic reporting.
โข IT Technical Support
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printer, etc.
- Repair and replace equipment if necessary.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company.
- Set up accounts, email, etc., for newly hired employees.
โข L&D Clerk (Learning and Development Clerk)
- Assist in training for newly hired employees.
- Make a calendar for the proposed activities.
- Administrative tasks.
โข Site Clerk
- Monitor site transactions
- Maintains the telecommunication system by following console operations.
- Maintaining direction from the instructions given.
Requirements:
โข Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree.
โข Strong Interpersonal Skills
โข Computer Literate.
โข Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
โข Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
