To better manage our operations and ensure consistent service, we will now be following a fixed operating schedule instead of our former 24-hour availability.
We sincerely apologize, as we may no longer be able to accommodate requests outside our designated hours. We hope this announcement helps set proper expectations and avoids any inconvenience.
Our updated schedule is as follows:
🕖 Monday – Friday: 07:00 PM – 05:00 AM
🕗 Saturday – Sunday: 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM
For now, this will be our permanent operating schedule until further notice.
