Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), if applicable, must be shown as a separate item on invoices.

✅ Existing unused or unissued invoices as of effectivity may be used until fully consumed, provided “Less: Withholding Tax” is stamped conspicuously on the invoice.
✅ Newly printed invoices must reflect the same phrase before use.

Online sellers, online service providers, and other covered taxpayers have until October 31, 2026 to secure and display their BIR Registration Seal Badge under RMC 99-2026.

✅ Display it on applicable business websites, online shops, marketplace profiles, and social media business pages.
✅ Keep the badge visible, readable, and unaltered.
✅ Post the badge only—no need to upload your full COR/eCOR.

Covered taxpayers may comply within the extended period without penalties arising solely from non-display of the badge.

📌 Secure your badge through ORUS or your registered RDO and complete the posting requirement before the deadline.

📢 E-INVOICING UPDATE: Is your business ready?

BIR RMC No. 98-2026 requires covered taxpayers to comply with electronic invoicing requirements on or before December 31, 2026.

Here are key reminders:
✅ Secure a Permit to Issue (PTI) before issuing electronic invoices.
✅ Obtain EIS certification within six months of PTI issuance.
✅ Ensure your invoicing system meets the prescribed requirements.
✅ Micro taxpayers are exempt from mandatory coverage.

📌 Electronic invoicing and electronic sales reporting are separate obligations. Sales reporting awaits implementing guidelines.

Plan ahead and stay on track! Here are the key deadlines for September 2026 transactions and the quarter ended September 30, 2026:

🗓️ October 5 — DST: Forms 2000 / 2000-OT
🗓️ October 8 — e-Sales: Even-ending TIN
🗓️ October 12 — e-Sales: Odd-ending TIN; 1601-C filing and payment for non-eFPS filers
🗓️ October 12–15 — 1601-C eFPS filing by group; payment for all groups on October 15
🗓️ October 26 — 2550Q and 2551Q for eFPS and non-eFPS filers; SLSP for non-eFPS filers
🗓️ October 30 — SLSP for eFPS filers
🗓️ November 3 — 1601-EQ with QAP, 1601-FQ with QAP, and 1603Q

📣 Deadlines falling on weekends or holidays move to the next applicable working day.
