🚢 WE’RE HIRING: Vessel IT Support Resource 💻⚓

Are you passionate about IT support and looking for an exciting opportunity in the maritime industry? Join our team and become part of a dynamic environment supporting vessel operations and shore-based stakeholders worldwide! 🌍

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide remote technical support to vessel users and shore-based teams
✅ Troubleshoot network, connectivity, hardware, software, email, and endpoint issues
✅ Support basic system administration tasks
✅ Coordinate with vendors and escalation teams for issue resolution
✅ Manage and monitor IT support tickets
✅ Document troubleshooting steps and technical resolutions
✅ Assist with vessel onboarding and occasional site visits when required

🎯 Qualifications

✔️ Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Network Support
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔️ Comfortable working with vessel crew and technical teams
✔️ Experience in maritime operations, satellite connectivity, or remote support environments is an advantage 🌊
✔️ Flexible and willing to attend vessel onboarding when needed
