You’ll coordinate with group organizers and travel partners, recommend suitable travel programs, reserve inventory, prepare proposals, and make sure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.

What we’re looking for:

- At least 2 years of group operations experience
- Luxury travel or hospitality experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and unexpected concerns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Seaware

Use your language and customer service skills to assist international guests and travel advisors with cruise itineraries, destination experiences, and other travel services.

This is a fully onsite role at Parqal, Parañaque. No WFH or hybrid setup.

🕒 What is the schedule?
Shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

📅 When is the onboarding?
You must be available to start on either:

These onboarding dates are non-negotiable, but you can stilly apply for future requirements.

🌍 What language is required?
You must be fluent in **English** and at least one of the following:

* Spanish
