Job Title: BPO Cold Calling Executive / Telecaller
Job Description :
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Cold Calling Executives to generate leads, promote products/services, and schedule appointments through outbound calls. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident speakers and sales-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
> Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
> Explain products/services clearly and professionally
> Generate leads, appointments, or sales as per targets
> Maintain call records and customer information
> Follow scripts and comply with company guidelines
> Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements:
> Excellent communication and persuasion skills
> Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
> Basic computer knowledge
> Ability to handle rejection positively
> Prior cold calling or telesales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
